About the speaker:
Mike Herchel is a senior front-end developer that’s been developing with Drupal for over 13 years. He’s passionate web performance, usability, and accessibility. You can often find him speaking on these subjects at DrupalCamps, DrupalCons, and various other web development conferences.

Mike is a primary organizer of Florida DrupalCamp, and is the maintainer of the Quicklink module. Currently, Mike is helping to lead a Drupal core initiative to create a new front-end theme for Drupal 9.

Mike is also a cohost of the Lullabot Podcast, which is a periodic podcast on Drupal, design, and web development.
